Return Policy Overview
We accept returns on most new, unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within a set number of days from delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as face coverings or select undergarments, are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchange Process
If you need a different size or color, you can initiate an exchange for the same item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Refund Information
Once we receive your return at our facility, please allow several business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.

Return Shipping

International Returns
